Unhold stores case and evidence data only to provide the case workspace, documents and follow-up tools. You can download your case data from the case page.

Unhold can use AI to classify cases, check document readability, extract details for your review, and draft letters. With your optional consent, case data — including document images — may be processed by AI providers outside India. If you do not consent, you can still use the non-AI workflow.

Upload only documents you own or are authorized to share. Never upload net-banking passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs, or full Aadhaar. Mask government ID numbers to last four digits where possible.

You can request deletion from the case page at any time. Access is blocked immediately; files and case records are then deleted after active jobs and storage checks finish. Do not upload full Aadhaar numbers, passwords, OTPs or PINs.
